It's been 23 days I've ordered my product, have had conversation to a number of executives but still waiting to get it. This was the first time I've done from directly from their official site, not from any ecom website and having this kind of response, guess...what could be the first impression to their first customer. I have been trying to reach you through calls, but my calls are not being answered. My prepaid order was placed for September 9th, but it got canceled. Whenever I call your customer support, I receive the same response that I will receive a refund within 2 days.
