I have been trying to reach you through calls, but my calls are not being answered.
My prepaid order was placed for September 9th, but it got canceled. Whenever I call your customer support, I receive the same response that I will receive a refund within 2 days. I called three days ago, and I was told the same thing, but I haven't received a refund yet. When I call now, there's no response, or my call gets placed on hold. Is this how your company treats its customers?
